I work for an organization that conducts an annual conference for over 1,500 teachers at the Renaissance Hotel here in Austin.
I am hoping that a representative from your company could set up an exhibitor booth to sale candles at this well attended three day event held in February.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refunds, minus a $40 administrative fee, will be granted for space canceled if requested in writing and postmarked on or before February 1, 2009. No refunds will be granted for space canceled thereafter.
